We were in the area for almost 3weeks to spend time with family. The RV park lots are graveled pull-throughs and curbed with railroad ties with grass between each. They are relatively level and spaced well. There seemed to be several long term residents but they were quiet and kept sites clean. The Wi-Fi was spotty but decent (maybe because we were one of the furthest lots). The free cable TV, however, was fabulous! If you plan on taking advantage of the shower house (like we did), they were functional but could definitely be updated and cleaned more frequently. RV’ers had access to the hotel pool/spa; we didn’t use but at a glance seemed clean. There is a city brush dump at the end of park so vehicles pass by all day long within feet behind spaces. The worst part of the park is the noise from Hwy 34 and multiple train tracks (constant day/night with semi trucks downshifting/braking, rusted out loud trucks roaring by and then trains sounding their long/shrill horns). The park served its purpose as just a 5-minute drive to family.

This park is half full of permanent residents with junk laying around everywhere. Piles of garbage bags sitting outside their doors for the entire time we were there and pick ups loaded down with even more junk. The registration office is located across the highway and while the staff was very friendly, the office smelled so heavily of perfume I got a headache.

“Horrible Staff and Customer Service ”
noted 7/8/2024
I booked my spot 7 months in advice and they decided to call me 1 week before I was going to stay and canceled me. Their booking conformation says nothing about subject to changes/cancelations. They told me that they over booked and nothing they can do and they started to yell at me over the phone and we I tried to explain to them my issue but the hung up on me after they yelled at me over the phone.
