Very unloved CG. Prior to arriving I had seen one online website stating it was closed due to near by fires. I call the FS and was assured that it was indeed open for camping. There was a women tent camping while we were there. Didn't use the toilets so can't say what condition those were in, but in seeing what the sites were like I would not have expected them to be very well maintained.
With the depth of the pine needles covering the roads (could not see the pavement) in the campground and every paved campsite (same, not being able to see the pavement) and also the amount of bird droppings in the beautiful log timber group day use shelter there is no way it had been cleaned at least all summer. Guessing much not longer.
We have an ORV 24KRS and there were probably 4 or 5 sites that we would fit in.
Would stay again only if there is no where else to spend a quick night.
We use starlink so never a problem for cell service/internet

We stayed here for six nights. It has a fire ring, a large picnic table, and a grill at each site. There are vault toilets throughout the campground. I believe there are about 29 sites. We saw a few people come and go, but it wasn't busy or crowded. It was hushed except for the 395, but it didn't bother us. A trail goes around the campground—many species of birds and Chipmunks.

The paved loops are a bit tight, most sights are small, but we found a few that would fit our 36ft travel trailer. Nice hiking/biking trail connected to the campground, the trees are beautiful! The pit toilets had just been repainted, inside and out, and were in very good order. Water spigots spread throughout the park. No dump station, and I don't recall an trash dumpsters. No Verizon signal, nothing for our booster to boost.

There’s a few big sites suitable for RVs. The road to the campground was paved recently (beware: the entrance is different then Google Maps tells you. Follow the signs), which made it very accessible.

Vault facilities and paved roads make for a comfortable semi-improved camping area. May trails near by and The town of Burns is just 20 miles South. You can find parking for a few big rigs but plan on boondocking conditions. Other spots are great for vans and tent camping.
