We arrived at 5:30 on Thursday and the office had already closed, but they left everyone's check in info on the door. We got a little lost on our way to our site, but after getting properly oriented, we found it. We were staying the weekend with my parents and while we couldn't choose our site, my mom left a note on her reservation and we were put next to each other. We had full hookups (not to mention full cell service and wifi!) we aren't used to camping in such luxury. The site was nice and easy to pull into. However, if we didn't know the people next to us, we would have felt a little close (their sewer hookup was feet from our camper door). Also we were right across from the beach and playground. We had kids constantly cutting through our site. It would have been nice to have some bushes or something separating us. Both for privacy and to cut down on the short cuts! In addition to this, we were on one of the rows closest to the road. so there was constant car/truck noises throughout the day. I will say, though, it was fairly quiet, even with all the activity. People were polite and the campground was kept nicely. I would stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.
