Hok-Si-La City Park & Campground

I have been traveling around the state for work this summer, and I can honestly say that this campground is one of my favorites so far!
The tent sites are very compact (often hard to tell where one "site" ends and the next begins) but the night I stayed there were no other campers in the clearing around my site so things were quiet. The sites are close to the bathhouse, a fun playground, and the beautiful beach; the water was PERFECT for swimming.
The woman who checked me in was very helpful and fun to visit with, and I like that cars are parked in the main lot instead of at each site. (You are allowed to drive in to unload/load your camping supplies)
