Overview of Hobbs Family Campground

Soak up the sun and fresh river air at this family campground RV park located on the Waccamaw River. Mr. Hobbs built this campground for his 7 children and 20 grandchildren to enjoy and now wants to open it to the public so others can enjoy his paradise. We have gorgeous riverfront lots and non riverfront lots available that can accommodate up to a 40ft camper/RV. Must have 12 ft clearance as the road to campsite has low hanging limbs and is about 2 miles long down gravel/dirt road.Local boat ramp with $5 boat launch fee. Bring your boat or golf cart it's gorgeous here! Hobbs campground now has a little white cabin available for rent over looking the Waccamaw river. 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach, Holden Beach and more!!

Overall Rating

Very Quiet And Peaceful Campground. The Owner Was Super Attentive And Friendly. Being On The Water Was An Added Bonus. You Get To Hangout With The Ducks And Donkeys Which Is Fun. You Can Even Feed Them. We Enjoyed Our Time Here And Felt Very Safe.
