I really only had 2 issues: One, our total due upon arrival increased by $200 more than when we called to book the site. Not happy about that.
And two, the noise from the air force planes was unbearable at times. Even with having doors and windows shut, it was so loud you couldn't talk to anyone, watch tv, etc. And it happens repeatedly several times a day.
Otherwise we enjoyed our time here, it was close to activities in Las Vegas and convenient. Directions will tell you to make a u-turn to get into the park, but really it's a left turn across a divided road into the motel parking lot area.
All the staff here is also very nice, the women who clean the bathrooms are fantastic.

There is a restaurant in walking distance they give you coupon for. Yes , you see and hear the Air Force jets and helicopters fly over and come in for landing. It's kinda cool though!

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Of note using the “Open Map” feature in Campendium wound up giving me bad directions, having me turn a block too late and then go in a mattress warehouse parking lot. I could see RVs on the other side of a fence at the back of their lot though so quickly figured it out. Sites all seem nice and flat I didn’t have to do any leveling in mine. Pool, shower rooms and laundry area are all clean and orderly. The whole park is in a fenced area with a clicker or key cards needed to get in and out. So felt plenty safe. I saw another review complaining about wifi and cellular and I have no clue what their complaints is. I have 1 bar of Verizon 5G that never was an issue and wifi hookup was easy and FAST (see photo for Speedtest results). Totally met our needs for the night.

Needed a place to hang for a few days while tending to truck and RV repairs. While it seemed a bit out of the way as most of our business ended up being clear on the south side of LV, it suited our needs surprisingly well. Yes, it is gated and requires a gate fob for entry, however many times during the day the gates were left open. Which was not a concern to us, and there never was any problem with people wandering in. We were parked near an end row, close to the pool/laundry/restrooms. Sites are all gravel, no frills, but level, all pull-through. They offer cable TV, which we didn't use much. And the wifi was among the best we've experienced at any RV park.
Place was mostly quiet except for the noise one expects in a city. Yes, Nellis AFB is right nearby and there is the occasional jet noise, but we never heard it at night and it didn't bother us in the day time. Laundry room and showers were clean and well maintained, laundry room is large, could pass for a commercial laundromat, and all but one of the numerous machines were in working order. Better than some of the commercial laundromats we've been at! The pool was large enough for satisfying lap swims, of an agreeable temperature. Staff was friendly, if a little overly so in that the fellow checking us in does one thing at a time, and is very chatty. There is a restaurant/saloon as well as a motel on the premises, food was decent, there is a separate smoke-free, noise-free dining area if the bar doesn't work for you.
One caution: the instructions on turning around from the check-in spot to get in the gate was a little confusing. I am not sure we did it according to Hoyle, but we didn't get stuck or mess anything up.

Nellis AFB is 2 miles away and F-15 fighter jets were circling all day, shaking the trailer, scaring the dog, and giving me a headache. The first jet was cool, but 5 continuous day ruined my vacation. If you are going to be far away from this place during the day you might want to stay but don’t expect to get a moment of peace in your rig or by the pool during the war training exercises.

Other than that, nice park. Staff is friendly. Even permanent trailers here are visually nicer than most other parks I have stayed.

I would only recommend this park for a few nights stay.
Pros- safe, secure, quiet, nice &clean amenities. dog potty area, saloon is like your fave hole in the wall bar with descent food, level campsites, easy access for big rigs.
Cons- Verizon only gets 1-2 bars bc of flight path, WiFi barely works

Was within short range of downtown and the strip. Near a training air strip so jets may fly over occasionally only happened once while I was here.
