I was happy to get to an adult only campground. The staff was a joy. The place was neat and tidy. Clean restrooms. Night time security. I had no issues with noise, even though the sites are close to one another.

We did a quick overnight here. The sites were close together, but we had room for our 38' motorhome and toad. We did not set up outside since we had such a short stay. This was our first time at Riviera RV Park. We stayed a week. Pros: 1) We checked in after office hours and our info was conveniently in an envelope waiting for us. 2) The amenities are nice and clean, however, we only used the laundry room. $1.50-$2 to wash/load & $1.75 dryer/load. 3) Site was very clean and large enough for ... more
This was our first time at Riviera RV Park. We stayed a week.
Pros:
1) We checked in after office hours and our info was conveniently in an envelope waiting for us.
2) The amenities are nice and clean, however, we only used the laundry room. $1.50-$2 to wash/load & $1.75 dryer/load.
3) Site was very clean and large enough for our 19 foot travel trailer without slides. All sites seemed about the same size so larger RVs with slide-outs were close to each other.
Cons:
1) It didn't seem like there were quiet hours as our neighbors constantly came and went between 10pm and 6am.
2) Each night we heard sirens in the neighborhood. One night there was a police helicopter with a bright light!
3) Neighborhood outside park is kind of shady. We drove to Henderson to buy groceries.

This park is small but beautifully kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restrooms and showers are very clean and beautifully decorated. Laundry is very nice and seems more like a lounge. Small pool but very nice.. I usually boondock and don't care for RV parks but this one I'd definitely stay at again.

Clean location, friendly staff. Secure area in a older part of town. Because it's in a big city it was very loud. But that's to be expected. Very easy to get to the strip and close to attractions. Large laundry room with lots of machines.

The staff is friendly and the park is clean.
The area has a large amount of homeless people and we were warned not to leave our bikes outside at night.This was supposed to be a 55+ park but they had a lot of seasonal worker staying for the whole time we were there. No shade at all.

Overall Rating
The park is very clean, even has a steeet sweeper come through. The washers/dryers use an app for easy payment and quarters are available at the office. The short term guests are placed in the middle of the park at the pull through sites for easy in/out. There is nightime security. The Wifi is somewhat finicky, but is adequate.

Overall Rating
Very clean and properly maintained. Check in was easy, booked day prior by phone. Full hookups, gravel and concrete. Also, fairly quiet and easy to get to.Wifi is fairly strong and totally useable. There are ample showers and even a heated pool. Downside - really bad area of Vegas!

“Pricing is wrong”

I just called to make a reservation for 40' motorhome. Campendium lists last price as $35 and on their website it says $39. The current price is in fact $55 for back in and $70 for pull through. I did not make a reservation.
