“Highly discriminatory towards children”

HIGHLY DISCRIMINATORY AGAINST CHILDREN!!!! I’ll start by saying we planned to sign a 6 month lease (which is all we allowed to stay with kids -which was fine), we ended up being evicted within a week and a half after I attempted to calmly confront the manager Kimberly about an incident where her maintenance manager Wendy verbally assaulted my children during the weekend. Which she told my husband later that day she would be putting a sign up where no kids were allowed during her private swim. I was met which absolute hostility from her. When she started screaming in my face I brought up her own discriminatory behavior when we had first arrived. She had yelled about how we were breaking the rules just by being here with kids, and how they shouldn’t be allowed here and the owner is stupid for allowing them here to begin with and he obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. She proceeded to deny and scream at me to shut up shut and started slamming her hands down repeatedly in an extremely threatening manner. I told her if she wanted to talk to me like that than not to hide around her desk. She then called Wendy the maintence man to the front. Wendy acted like a lunatic and denied ever doing a damn thing to my kids and went so far as to say they were unsupervised in the pool. I never left them for a second I have a 7, 4 and 1 year old. I was sitting with the one year old next to the pool(which is like sandpaper and I cut my feet as well as my daughters). She started throwing her hands at me in an attempt to scare me which I told her to stop. She didn’t and asked if I was scared or wanted to do something.I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THE POLICE. I had already agreed to leave after they were shouting they didn’t want us here anyway and never did. I told them I would be filing a discrimination lawsuit against the two of them and unfortunately for the owner who I’ve been told by other guest is really nice may be held liable as they are under his employ. They went so far as to post a letter on my door saying THEY CALLED THE COPS as if I don’t have a copy of the police report or phone records. The Wendy manager tried to assault me I’m not going to ignore that! It’s insane these employees are acting like they own the place!
