This place was crowded when we arrived on a Monday morning. That being said, it's enormous with 50+ viable spots and big rig friendly. It can be a maze however and we ended up making it more difficult than it needed to be by playing dodge the bush. I'd recommend turning left (south) at 32.2394200, -112.7510417 (where the bulletin board sign is) then turning right (west) at 32.2381870, -112.7516234. If you keep going west, it's a straight shot without needing to dodge bushes and the farther down you go, the fewer the people. There were dozens of rigs up front and maybe a handful around a half mile down the road. If you don't go that way, be sure to scout given some washes and vegetation obstructions.
Noise levels were okay. There was road noise during the day and periodic jet noise from A-10 military planes. There were a couple of loud explosions as well, probably from the planes.
For the amount of people here, trash levels were low. It wasn't immaculate, but trash per camper was good. No trash cans on site, we used the national monument cans. Not a ton of squatter types.
No issues with security - there's enough other campers out here and there's a huge Border Patrol compound like 5 minutes away.
Propane is available 5 minutes away at the gas stations. Fresh/potable water and dump are available for $20 at the Sonoran Skies Campground or for $3 in Organ Pipe. Laundry is available at Coyote Howls Park (the eastern one), or a laundromat in Ajo.

Super easy to get into from the highway and so many places to choose from for rigs of all sizes. It felt like a community in the desert here.
Lots of people walking dogs in the morning and evenings, riding their bikes during the day, and campfires in the evening.
Only downside is if you don't like military planes flying around during the day into the evening around 8 ish this may not be your jam. If you are intrigued by what goes on definitely stay out past dark and watch the strange lights fill the sky as you hear the planes flying overhead.
Super safe place that we will definitely visit again to explore more of Organ Pipe National Landmark.

Night sky was really something to see and Organ Pipe is just down the road. We felt very safe.

Stayed one night before venturing into Puerto Penasco. Lots of rigs here of various sizes but remains pretty quiet. Most spots are ample and appear to be fairly level. The road is hard to follow but honestly there’s lots of room to roam and park. Beautiful views.

This area has plenty of room and lots of nice flat spots to choose from. It’s about 30 mins from the Organ Pipe Cactus visitor center. There were a couple fire rings near the spot I chose, but I didn’t use them since it was raining. The area was also super clean. Road noise was minimal. Good Verizon signal.

This is off the main road to the border about 25 miles south. There are warning signs about smuggling and illegal entry in the area but the border patrol is all over the place. We didn't have the slightest concern. We were able to get 9Mbps download with AT&T and 2Mbps with T-Mobile. Enough for streaming TV and cell calls.
One of the days we camped was quite windy. It is a very dusty area so that made it an inside day for us. We were also able to spot woodpeckers, doves, quail and other birds. Our night security camera picked up what may be a fox but hard to tell.
