We stayed here for two weeks while visiting the Kanab area. The campground is just east of town alongside Highway 89, making it convenient to reach but creating the drawback of having some road noise. After checking in at the office, you'll either turn left and go a short distance downhill to the larger lower section of the campground, or continue straight into the upper section. All of the RV sites in the upper section are back-in sites, while the lower section contains a mix of back-in and pull-through sites. All of the roads and site are hard dirt coated with small gravel stones, while the boundaries between sites are lines of larger stones with shrubs and a sapling or two. All sites have a picnic table placed on a concrete patio and are open to the sky. Hookups are located near the center of the site. Our pull-through site in the lower section (M-24) was level and provided a nice view of the red rock bluff located just north of the campground out our front-facing window.
The office building has a small souvenir shop across from the check-in counter and a clubhouse room with seating and a large TV. Behind the clubhouse is the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Behind the office building is a pair of pickleball courts and a height-adjustable basketball hoop that hangs over the courts. Across from the office is the propane refill station: I appreciated that they posted the hours the propane refill service was available (between 10am and 2pm every day) so I didn't have to guess when someone certified to dispense the propane was available. There are two bathhouses, one in each section. The bathhouse in the lower section had four stylish single-occupant unisex bathrooms with showers, and a laundry room with a change machine and a few industrial washer/dryers, with two labeled "pet friendly / heavy soil."
The communal picnic area - with multiple picnic tables, three pergolas, and at least one grill - is located in the lower campground section, as is the playground equipment behind the bathhouse. The large dog park is also located at the top of the lower section. It has a single gate which you secure with a chain and dog leash clip, a pea-gravel surface which our dog found comfortable, some trees and benches, and a few motion-triggered, solar-powered lights. Residents of the upper section can reach these amenities using a pathway with stairs that exits by the dumpster next to the dog park. While there is no recycling container yet, campground staff will pick up any bags of trash or recycling placed outside your site before 10am: just label any bag of recycling with an "R".
In terms of cell service, the best bandwidth I saw on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna showed 48 Mbps down and 40 up, and I had no trouble working or streaming video. I neglected to test either the AT&T or campground WiFi bandwidth.
Even though our stay lasted from late March into early April, we had a few days of winter-like weather. The rain and snow we got made the front end of our site a bit muddy (likely why there are shoe mud wipe stations next to the bathhouses), and the gusting winds blew tumbleweeds under our RV more than once.
We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Has a heated pool and hot tub (we didn't try) and a small shop. Only 5 mins from kanab.
Nice views.
Great wifi managed to stream some TV.

I called late in the day for a 2 night stay. Google maps has the entrance to the park further down the road so watch for signs & flags. Large steps with a concrete slab with a nice picnic table. This is a fairly new resort, but has lots of trees. Cell service is excellent, resort WiFi is also good. Restrooms and laundry room are very clean. Has a nice size pool. If you travel with a dog there’s a nice fenced in area for them to play and run off leash.
I would definitely recommend this resort & will stay again when I’m in the area.
