We were passing through and needed a night to stay. It’s off the road enough to be quiet. Sites are gravel and tight but good. Nothing fancy, but great for a short stay

Hosts so accommodating when we wanted to return for a longer stay. Kanab, small town feel but down to earth people. So much to do in area and convenient to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon

This is our second stay here; we stopped last year about the same time returning home from time in warmer climes. Friendly and helpful staff. Level gravel spacious sites. A little pricey considering this is likely their off season (and park was only about a third full) but not out of line with other parks in town. Excellent wifi.

We made the reservation as a quick stop from northern Utah traveling to Arizona. RV park is designed with back-in spaces on the property boundaries and one row of pull through spaces in the middle. Problem is back-in spaces are too short to allow someone to stay hooked up, and pull through spaces are also really short albeit somewhat longer than back in spaces. All utilities are new and seem to work fine, staff was friendly, overall park was neat and clean, didn't use the bathroom facilities, easy walk to town for any needs. Our space was not level and hard to get set up. Driveway into park is extremely awkward for our 26' TT, I can imagine much harder for some of the big rigs parked in here. Main issue is the driveway exit, while also awkward, we dragged our hitch going out due to the excessive dip there. I would recommend this park as a last resort due to location and price, just wish they paid greater attention to RV space layout... kind of looks like they packed em in...

Clean, easy to navigate park. Quick, friendly & informative check in process. Pull thru site with FHU, laundry & showers worked great for our overnight stay. Convenient to everything in Kanab. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute little campground. Seems like it’s under new ownership and they are trying to make it work. Sites were spacious. They were having some issue with their laundry. One washer flooded everywhere & only 2 dyers out of 4 worked. It was in a great location. Kanab is the perfect hub for multiple national parks.

We camped in below freezing temps, so we had our RV winterized already and used their super clean bathrooms. First time I’ve ever said a RV park bathroom smelled good!! The host was so kind and responsive. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and made it so easy to book the reservation over the phone. The park itself is walkable to so many things in town, including a yummy Mexican restaurant and a few grocery stores. If you need a spot in Kanab, come to J and J RV park!!! We’ll definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a week using this as a base to visit both the east side of Zion NP and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
Price reflects the weekly rate for a 45 foot back in site.
New park, wide roads, clean park. Didn't use the on-site laundry or restrooms. The door to the laundry was frequently left open, temps were in the 90's when we were there so I would think the laundry room might be a little toasty once all the machines are running.
Verizon signal seemed a little sporadic, AT&T was good.
Trees have been planted but until they grow a bit, there's virtually no shade in the park.
Not really a destination park with lots of ammenities, but a good place to stay to explore the area.
