All of Vermont's State Parks are dry camping meaning no water, electric or sewer on site. This specific campground has water fill and dump station just before the entrance (if you get to the sign in area you've gone too far). The spots are roomy and range in size and shade, some are full shade others partial, and full sun. It does have access to the lake but the "beaches" are mainly pebbles/rocks and the water access is rather small. There is a volleyball court, bathrooms in several locations within the campground, and small recreation room. The park itself is very beautiful and I highly suggest doing a drive around Grand Isle and the neighboring towns, they're so quaint and picturesque. It's about a 30 minute drive into Burlington if you do want to explore the "big city" which has a lot of cool places and things to see/do. Would absolutely stay there again, super peaceful and beautiful.

This is a well kept state park. Plenty of space between sites and vegetation to add to privacy. There are no hook-ups. There is fresh water throughout the campground and a dump station at the entrance.
Site was pretty level side to side and had to raise the front of the trailer a couple of inches. Sites provide a grass parking area for the RV, picnic table and fire pit. In the evening there were a fair amount of mosquitos but it has been a very wet spring and early summer.
Restroom were clean and up to date. Shower facility in our loop was under repair and closed while we were there.
Easy access to the water for kayaking. There's a protected beach for kids of all ages to swim. There's a nature center with activities, sand volleyball, horseshoes , basketball and playground areas.
Be careful when booking sites based on length. Even though sites are very long, it can be very tight backing in. Looks like they tried to take this into account when providing site length.
Several hikes, biking and attractions are within 30-45 minutes drive from the park.
