Overall Rating

We were looking for a reasonably priced campground near Manitou Springs so this one fit the bill but it location was the only thing it has going for it. Otherwise it is just a parking lot. As long as you just use it for rest and not hanging out it would work fine, however, if you like to spend time relaxing at camp this is not the plac... more

Overall Rating

We booked a last minute one-night stay at this park for the fourth of July. The other parks in the area were full, and this was basically the only option. It has a decent location and it was easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Colorado City. All sites are full-hook up, but it's basically a parking lot. In fa... more
