We can’t say enough about this Park. We were fortunate to find it based on multiple recommendations. It’s relatively new and the owners have done a phenomenal job on every aspect of the property. It’s within 3 minutes of a grocery store, Lowe’s, a tremendous Mexican restaurant and multiple parks, waterfalls (yes! Waterfalls) and within 20 minutes of the Georgia State line (and a well stocked RV supply store 😊). The property has a wide open 270 degree view of the surrounding mountains and beautiful open sky (fantastic sunsets) and has an honor system washer / dryer, firepits in every site (with firewood for sale) and a small unique apothecary / essential oil / candle gift shop on site.
Great, safe place for pets. Friendly residents (mix of nightly and longer term).
Saw an earlier review from a seemingly disgruntled camper. We haven’t experienced any similar issues - perhaps they are new to RVing?
Highly recommend this Park. We will make it a point to stay here as often as we can…
Especially in the beautiful fall!!!
roadtrippers-jackiefletcher1 would stay here again

“Nice in the beginning but not so good as time progressed and campsites became more occupied ”

We arrived mid-April as seasonal guests. Park was relatively new. No bathhouse. As time progressed we had to deal with unexpected issues which ultimately led to us deciding to check out. Most sites were not level due to badly sloping grade. Our Lippert leveling system would not work because slope exceeded 5%. To make matters worse our fifth wheel leveling system sank in the mud from rainwater and had to be re-Leveled. As more campers arrived we endured lots of dust and dirt in the air from loose gravel roads and speed limits not followed, flies (see photo), lots of gnats in the rig so we used two indoor bug zappers, we left because of the dirty water (see photo) and (really not sure if it was mud or just rust from the galvanized pipe water hydrant). We had to pay with cash or Zelle but you should ask when making a reservation if credit card is accepted.
When leaving your site to exit the park you use a private driveway of sorts to access Old Murphy Road and that road has a blind curve on both your left and right so be extremely cautious of fast arriving vehicles.
