We were looking for a place to stay after visiting beaches in Georgetown and Phippsburg beaches and before shopping LLBean and the many outlets stores in Freeport. We travel in a 25 foot self-contained motor home. We stayed a weeknight in late June. This is a parking lot. The signs say max 24-hour stay and no camping. From talking to others who'd stayed previously, overnight stays are ok, while opening slides, setting up tables, cooking in the parking lot, etc. is discouraged. We stayed. It was a quiet night. There were at least 8 other RVs. Some places are more level than others. There are no services. There're good ATT and Verizon cell signals. It was a short walk to the stores. There's a free dump station at the Freeport Sewer District.

We called LL Bean and asked about parking in their lots and they directed us here as they cannot allow parking in the lots by the store due to the neighborhood covenants. This is a great place. We were the first to arrive and by morning there were 10 rigs/vans parked. Very safe and convenient to town.

Great spot right in the middle of the shopping district. Walking distance to everything, eateries, shopping, etc. only downside is the bad cell reception. Also, the pull-thru section is not level, the van section appears more level.

Safe, quiet for a parking lot, one of our best "free" in town boon docking experiences ever.

Parking lot just for RV’s within 0.2 miles (walking distance) to fabulous shopping and restaurants! Quiet, but busy as many RVers make use of this lot while passing through. People seem to be responsible with generators and only use periodically since it’s such close quarters. 6-7 RV’s can fit comfortably, but the lot can probably accommodate 12 if you really needed to fit in. No amenities. Just simple overnight parking or a place to drop your RV for a day while exploring. No Visible Wireless service but T-mobile was good.

The verizon service was good enough to have video calls and stream. It was pretty quiet at night and felt safe. You are only a couple of blocks from the LL Bean store and downtown.
Overall, we would come back!

Stayed here for the night. Big rig friendly. Plenty of space. Walking distance to multiple LL Bean stores and several others. The town put up a movie screen and played movies every night during the fall season. Will definitely stay again.
