We booked here last minute as we had reservations in Yellowstone after this stay, but there was bad weather coming in, so we wanted to see the park before it got too cold.
We had no issues. But the park is REALLY tight. There are no fire pits, most likely because the spots are just too close together. We were given the site right on the road, with the public sidewalk right along the edge of our site. But there were several other spots further back that were not used. At first, I was annoyed, because the spot lacks privacy. But it's possible they gave us this one because it's the only one (on this row) you could back a trailer into, as there's a road straight out in front of it. We then had to unhook the truck, and park it next to the trailer, after moving the picnic table back to make room for the truck. And then we had to be careful opening doors so as not to hit the truck with the trailer door, or the trailer with the truck door. Our neighbours (opposite side from the sidewalk) had a camper van, and they had a small space between their van and our trailer to set up a dog run.
The map said there was a dog area, but I think it's been converted to more parking spots.
I would come back, but only if there were no other options.

We arrived on Sunday oct10 at night. The camp ground was empty there was a winter storm watch issued (Snow and very cold temperature forecast for the rest of the week). The owner son told us we could use lot no. 10 instead of no.8 since it was easier to access, we could also park our car anywhere .
We encountered an electric problem and couldn't get electricity . The owner was well aware of our problem since he gave us the no. of a repair man. To get heat we ended up having to connect electric heaters with extensions cord plug on the outside on our lot and on lot next to us. We bought 3 heaters and rented one from the owner for $39.00 a week .
On October 14 around 9 PM the owner came banging on our door screaming at my wife that we where using the other lot electricity and he was going to charge us for 8 days full price. We immediately disconnected the cables. At around 10 PM we got an Email receipt for an UN AGREED $775.25 charge for an 8 nights stay on a lot we never used. We tried to contact the owner by phone (no answer) by email and in person . We got no response. We left oct 17 at 8Am . Finally as we where getting ready to contest the charge with the bank we got a refund of $626.00. In conclusion beware of owners changing moods an un agreed charge on your credit card . We Should have been advise from the start that they where going to charge us for another lot full price not including 20% discount for 8 days when we where there for 7 and we disconnected after 4 days.

We had a back in site at the end of the row so not too crowded. Park is on the edge of W Yellowstone so close to town and the NP. Not fancy but it has the basics and is clean. It was rather cold when we were including some rain/sleet so we did not spend much time outside our trailer.

I am shocked to read all these nice reviews. We pulled or 23' Airstream into the park to a standard back in spot #24, should be no issues there with a 23' trailer? But the combination of the fifth wheel opposite us and the trees turned parking in the spot into a 10 minute ordeal. After that I went to find the manager to let her know we had arrived. She was a woman with 3 crazy little barking dogs on leashes, one of the little buggers kept bitting my shoe when I was trying to talk with her. We had a very kind older couple from Florida next to us. The fun really started on our 2nd night. Immediately behind us were tent campsites. The group that moved into the 2 sites behind us were load and crazy. At one point they opened the valve of a propane bottle and lit it off without any thing attached to it, totally unsafe!! The flame was shooting 5' into the air, remember we are under Pine trees. When I asked them to put that out they wanted to argue, I told them I would call the police since the park manager was not around, they complied. About 9:45pm as we were getting into bed the manager was pounding on the door of the trailer of the older couple next to us demanding that they move their trailer out immediately, then the city police came by. Apparently a rate dispute, but man, settle it with the 80 year old couple in the morning, not a 10pm! We followed normal procedure for possible night time freezing (remember almost 8,000 ft. here) and disconnected our water hose and drained it. But really no use, the supply pipe is not freeze protected so the supply pipe was frozen solid in the morning. We had paid for a 3rd night but packed up and left and found a new spot in town. No we will not be back.

The spaces were wide enough, bathrooms and laundry rooms were spotless and lots of big trees. I didn't need hookups, so I was in a tent space, but there's plenty of trailers, Class Cs and Diesel pushers here. GREAT WIFI. I was able to have ZOOM meetings for work. Verizon coverage was good. The only hiccup I had was that there wasn't an office to check in - but you can just call if you have questions. Everything I needed was included in an email when I made my reservations. Don't miss breakfast at the Old Town Cafe.

We stayed on a water and electric site only. Some sites are full hookup. Sites are tight and our back in spot was a challenge to get 5th wheel placed. Parking tow vehicle on site was almost impossible but there was plenty of parking in an overflow lot. Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations, and west entrance to Yellowstone. Some traffic noise in mornings.

Sites very level, gravel.
Laundry room had 6 top loading machines and 3 maybe 4 big dryers. $2 to wash 75 cents to dry. Very clean. Shower house very very clean. Pets welcome

Nice little park. Full hook-ups worked without issues. They also have fast Wi-Fi and cable TV, neither of which were advertised on their website. T-Mobile 5G worked fine. Short walk to town. Would stay again.
