And it’s almost $100/day! There is no way this is an RV resort! It’s an old nasty trailer park, that rents out unrented sites, and calls them campsites! Do not go here!

Notified of office being closed on the weekend. Informed of site assignment and where to locate check in paperwork and parking pass upon arrival.
Able to unhook toad in front of office building. Building is currently closed as park is still cleaning up from Hurricane Ian that occurred 6 months ago. There were some piles of debris in the campground.
Park roads are one way and pretty narrow. Sites are pull in, but back out buddy sites. If the park was full or people didn’t park properly it could be very tricky to maneuver. No problems with our 37 foot class A. Luckily site L-15 had a cement patio that was offset from the neighbors cement pad. Not all sites have cement pads, and some sites have them directly across from one another. There is new gravel on many of the sites with some grass and sand in between.
While the electrical pedestals are new and the volts were within parameters there was a lot of fluctuations in the volts. It was most apparent during the heat of the day. We did notify the office staff who reached out to the electricians immediately.
There are restrooms, a laundry room, fitness center, shuffleboard, a pool, and hot tub (which was closed). The cable and wifi are currently not working, but was made aware of this before arrival. Good Verizon signal with 5G.
Would so stay here again? If I was in the area again for a short time to explore a lot I would probably stay here. For the location and $20/night it’s tough to beat that price for FHU. If I was looking for a lot of down time and relaxing at the campground I would find another location with more space between sites.
Dawn would stay here again

If you’re paying $1700/month park should be updated. Spaces are just so packed in. Office nice and park is convenient so that’s what you’re paying for ; neighbors ok by our spot but being so close you’re looking at person next to you at picnic table. At least they recycle at this park.smaller washers and dryers and have to buy $5 card... more

The campsites are mostly pull through but are VERY crammed together. We were there to visit family outside of the park and had not intentions of hanging around the campground so the fact that there's no breathing room didn't much matter to us. The location is great - not terribly far from Ft Myers beach or Sanibel and there's a Publix and Target on the same road if you forget something. We liked that we could walk to the cafe Eleven:11 and were pleased to find a brewery in that same plaza (cross San Carols and go right and it's the first plaza you come to). Also within walking distance is an ice cream shop.
