Overall Rating

Stayed the weekend. Was running late, they called to make sure I was on the was still. Super nice setting reservation and checkin. Level gravel site. Full hookup. Road noise in section B sites but kept AC running and covered most of it. Will be back!

We have stayed at this park on 4 separate occasions and will be coming back again later this year. Yes, it’s that appealing. The owners could not be more welcoming and will go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The sites are large and level. The surface is hard packed gravel so you can use your outdoor rug. “Will avoid returning”

Overall Rating

The Floridian is a relatively new, fairly priced, and beautifully landscaped park, with a nice clubhouse, owners and hosts. Road noise and special permanent campers are significant issues, and we will avoid returning in the future. The park is along a major roadway and adjacent to a utility construction site (this should end soon). ... more
