Can’t get through the automated system to make a reservation. Also when you call it says it’s the Best Western. Press 1 for front desk. Press 2 for RVs press 3 for rooms. You can press any number you want, it just says “goodbye” and hangs up. So we drove to kanab instead and found a different park there.

This was a nice find for us. The location is great for a visit to Zion and Bryce.
I read other reviews so it was easy to find the check in across the street.
The sites are roomy and it is mostly quiet, despite road noise.
They offer access to laundry and the pool at the BestWestern.
Great spot with WI-FI.

This park may be close to the road, but it was like a little oasis for the rigs lined up along the creek in the shade, as compared to other campgrounds in the area with little shade. It was a convenient location for exploring. We would use it again. Be aware that your confirmation will come from Best Western East Zion Thunderbird Lodge as an RV reservation. I found that confusing and had trouble confirming my reservation with Best Western.

These spots are right along the street, across from the hotel/restaurant who runs them. Even though you are along the street, road noise really isn’t bad at night. There’s a small creek behind the sites and the hotel owns the land behind that, so you can cross on some rocks and hike up the hill behind the RV sites. You’re also directly across from two gas stations. WiFi is strong.
Access to Zion is easy and convenient through the East entrance. Just know that you have to use their tunnel to get to the visitor’s center from there. That’s an extra $15 if you drive a dually or class C so that they can shut down the tunnel for you.
Downsides are that there are no shower facilities or fire pits (even a communal fire pit would be nice). If you’re here on a Sunday, you’re also VERY limited on restaurants nearby, as almost everything within 20 miles is closed. We ate at the Thunderbird a couple of times for that reason and really enjoyed it.
Overall a nice place to stay if you’re visiting Zion.

We were able to get a spot without a reservation.
The website price is wrong. The person running the front desk at the hotel said they can’t change the price because somebody else owns the website.
The spots are narrow, but wide enough to open all the slides I have kitchen slide on drive side & sofa/dinette slide on the pass side. There are trees on the boarder of each site.
Full hook ups. Shaded site. Very nice location. If you want to be away from the high prices closer to Zion, this is a nice quiet place to be. Your only 15 min from the East Zion entrance.
