“Beware…creepy guy will bully you!!!”

Overall Rating

If you are looking for more than an over-night stay find somewhere else to stay. There are a few permanent residents here who harass and bully new tenants and the management, or owner is who we were told, caters to these bullies. The guy who mows the lawns here is the worst of them. He gives off a really creepy vibe and he watches your every move. He has cameras everywhere and if you are parked around his camper, you are being watched. I assure youvery creepy. You will get harassed about anything he does not like and the manager caters to him. She and her husband have a really bad memory and do not remember conversations they have had and given permission to. We were staying here short term until we got into a house and they are not very welcoming at all. We were hoping for a short, peaceful stay after making a move to Oklahoma from Texas and we got the complete opposite. It has been a very uncomfortable nightmare staying here. Good luck and try to find another place but here if you dont want to be harassed. Wish I could give negative stars because they don’t deserve even 1 star.

Stayed here out of desperation. The place is a dump. No bathrooms, no showers, no laundry, no pool, no cable, no picnic table, no nothing but a back-in parking spot all for 35 a night. We would have left but we were having technical problems. I wish I could rate it negative stars.
