The sites are very close together, but there is very thick tall hedges between so it doesn’t feel like you are right on top of your neighbor. Our biggest drawback is our electrical connection is at the very back of our trailer and the electrical connections are at the very front of the site so with my 30 foot 50 amp cord I still had 20 feet behind my trailer because I couldn’t go any further back and still plug into the electric. That didn’t seem to be a problem for most of the others, maybe because they either had longer or their connections were in the midpoint or front of their RVs.

Great little park that’s right off the highway. Really friendly staff and full timers. Pool and hot tub add a little extra fun and are open until 10pm. Paid extra for two kids 9 and 7 years old.

We stopped for one night. Was $59/night. Highway 1 noise near the front of the park. This doesn’t bother us. Pools, laundry, 👍🏻

We really enjoyed staying at this full service RV park. The location is excellent being close to the freeway without being bothered by it. The grounds are kept neat and tidy, and each site is surrounded by a cedar hedge making them private. The swimming pool was very refreshing in the summer heat. We highly recommend and will stay again!

Usually, we are not fans of RV parks. However, we were visiting Vancouver during a summer holiday weekend and wanted to have a site reserved in advance. The weekly rate was $300 during summer plus $15 tax (Canadian Dollars).
The sites were rather close together, but separated by large privacy bushes which was really nice! Each site also has a picnic table and full hook-ups. The location was easily accessible of Hwy 1 which was convenient for us to head east to the National Parks afterwards. It was a 45-60 min drive to downtown Vancouver and 15-20 min to Abbotsford. There are also restaurants and stores nearby in Aldergrove.
We have ATT/Rogers and our speed was super fast at the site. There is also WiFi but we found out data plan was slightly more reliable.
There was a pool/hot tub which were usually pretty busy with families. They have free donuts/coffee on Sundays and also have a free book exchange. Bathrooms were very nice, but cost $1 Looney to shower. Laundry was on-site for a Tooney each.
While this park is not cheap, we would stay again if visiting Vancouver.
