We stayed in spot 19, closest to the road and we could not sleep it was so loud. Great big lots and very well maintained. Sad to report that the road noise was terrible.

It can get windy because you’re up on a bluff but the Mountain View is great.

Great small park (19 sites) about 15 minutes from downtown. We stayed 5 nights in mid July, were in site 13, pull through, level and much wider than most RV parks. All the sites are spacious. We were in a 41 MH with tow and there is absolutely no issues with navigating to the park or in the park. The park is new, just 2 years old, so trees are small (no shade) and grass is just starting to grow. The park is surrounded by alfalfa fields and mountains in the distance. The owners, Tanner and Tory Kroger, own and operate all the surrounding farm land, are terrific people and some of the most gracious and accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. There is a hot tub, barbecue area and several social gathering areas along with the most quant office setup for social gathering and coffee. If you are looking for a "resort" with amenities such as pool, playground etc., Durango Ranch does not have them. For us, this was a near perfect park and we will return in the future.

We stayed at Durango Ranch RV Resort for seven nights. Tanner and his family took great care of us. Not that we needed them as they clearly thought of camper needs in advance. We were is space 17 which we felt was best in the park. The space had plenty of room for our 34’ trailer and tow vehicle. Also, good room to relax with privacy. The space connections were first class and water was fresh after our filter. Bathrooms and laundry were spacious and clean. There were good indoor and outdoor facilities for relaxing away from the camper.
The location is about 20 min from town. 45 min to Mesa Verde. 1 hour to Pagosa. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

Fabulous experience with stellar amenities. The location is stunning and a convenient 10 minute drive to Durango. The park grounds are very well maintained. The bathroom and laundry facilities are immaculate. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub which was crystal clear. We are assigned to site #1 for our 31' TT and truck. The site had plenty of space and was close to the common areas office, and bathrooms. This is a family owned and operated park and it is clearly run with pride. Everyone on staff was friendly and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday.

The pictures shown above are an accurate presentation of the Resort. There is a lot of green space between sites and the owners have installed a sprinkler system to keep grass green. The internet provided has worked out well.

I booked last minute after hours and the owner met me to make sure our slip was ready for arrival. Very friendly owner and great, simple setup! Front office (nicely decorated) has free coffee and popcorn and the bathroom, jacuzzi and grill area are spotless!
