Overall Rating
Giving this place a 3.5. If we had side neighbors on both sides it would be really tight for our 32’ foot trailer. But we lucked out and had room. This place has no community restroom/shower facilities so that’s a downfall. Love the views of the Sac River and the personal pier available.

Overall Rating
We stayed in an overflow site, but had power and water. There are many permanent types staying here, but the place is well maintained and the RV’s that were more permanent were clean and well maintained. Great view of the Sacramento River. It’s kind of hard to find the entrance, so I think better signage would be good.
