Overall Rating
Unacceptable! A place to avoid. The river that runs through the campsite and flows into the lake smells like sewage and feces, even at my spot, which was over 50 meters away. Swim in the lake with that flowing into it? Environmental services need to step in. It's a disgrace!

Overall Rating
We stayed in this park on our way through the area. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. Although our site (D-47) was long enough for our 20 foot trailer, it was very difficult to back into. Trees next to the narrow road posed a problem. The site driveway was up hill to the parking pad and I was glad to have 4 wheel drive to back our LIGHT weight trailer into it. Many site back up to the main road and there seemed to be traffic all night long.
On the other had the setting is beautiful and the restrooms were clean. The showers were clean also, but only provided cold water.
If you reserve a site here be sure to get one away from the road. July 2016.
