You just do not find people like that anymore and it really made our day.

Well designed and well managed. The amenities are wonderful, with a low key vibe. This is close to pretty much everything in Kanab. Tour operators will pick you up at your site.
We had to use the bath suites just because they are so neat. Visit before you won’t be able to get in!

Believe every great review you read about Dark Sky and reserve your spot before it fills up! Rick and family have thought of EVERYTHING! The sites are spread out. The view of the red mesa to the north is beautiful, and you can see as far as the north rim of the Grand Canyon to the south. The park is quiet, with gorgeous night skies. Each site faces away from the road, and is like your own private patio including a cocktail table and firepit. We were greeted on our arrival by Jeff, who led us to our site and gave us great information about the area. They are very responsive to texts. We didn't know if our Jeep could make it through the sand at Peekaboo Canyon. Rick called to give us information and offered equipment. We didn't want to risk it, so he guided us to Dreamland Safari Tours, and followed up with us afterward to make sure our experience with them was great. Thanks Rick and family for everything!

✔️Spa bathroom/showers with indoor or outdoor option. Even heated floors!
✔️Brand-new laundry machines $2/load payable via Venmo or Paypal
✔️ Community clubhouse area with outdoor seating and more
✔️ Small office workspace area
✔️ Fiber Wifi internet with range to all of the campsites
✔️ Propane Exchange/Delivery
✔️ Propane fire pit for $5 fee
✔️ + Other services/partnerships whether that’s RV detailing I saw being done on-site or adventure partners
The beautifully designed, modern campsite is extremely thoughtful and well laid out with many small impressive details. This is the type of site where you could stay for a month or two and feel completely at home.

I can’t really say enough good things about this place! Reservations and check in is all done digitally and is a breeze! The family that owns the place gave us the warmest welcome when we arrived and couldn’t have been nicer! They have spent their money in all the right places here to create an epic experience full of tiny surprises for guests! And can we just talk about the bathrooms—Heated floors, outdoor shower, awesome tile! It was the closest thing I’ve had to a spa experience in quite a while! The entire place is decorated with a modern vibe that repurposes found items in cool ways! And the views are epic too! Sites are super large and all pull through. We will definitely be back!

First of all we really appreciated the kindness of the owners. Our truck broke down and they went out of their way to help us! The park is very clean, the sites are well spaced out, dog run area, wonderful bathrooms and laundry area, I could rave on and on. We loved the location to trails and will definitely be back.

There's something very special here! This was our "base camp" that offered super easy access to Bryce, Zion, the Vermillion Cliffs, Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend...while offering blazing WIFI, full hook ups and Disney-like views of jaw dropping scenery! Yes, it got down to 14F, but would/will do it again in a heartbeat! We were initially a little concerned about how close it was to the road, but it was ABSOLUTELY quiet.
The space between the sites was amazing! It was like boon docking solitude - will full hook ups! And they had a great space for intermingling with other campers.
Everything you've read about the bathrooms is true! We didn't bother to use the shower in our RV - there's was way too nice to not indulge!

Lavish heated shower suites (even heated floors) that you don't have to feed quarters into. Our hosts, Jeff, Britt and Rick couldn't have been more gracious. Plenty of space between campers. Common areas with coffee and snacks available on an honor system. WIFI is strong and TV channels available with average camper TV. New laundry facilities. Concierge propane service. Quiet location yet freeway close.
Literally, best RV experience of 2020.
Highly recommended.
