Just finished staying at Dark Sky last week. Only thing we can say is the Dark Sky experience was the best.
The sites are level and spaced far enough apart to give you the privacy you always want in a RV park. As others have said here, the bathrooms, showers are the best, cleanest we've ever experienced. The building where the 24/7 market is located also has a wonderful social area, filled with chairs, couches and fire pit that gives a wonderful community atmosphere. Local made products like salsa, banana bread, sourdough bread and jams can be purchased at the store.
Saving the best for last. We LOVED the whole staff that are on site. From helping us set up our camper, giving us insights to great hikes in the area, or just shooting the breeze, you can see the love they have for Dark Sky and us visiting campers...!!! Also, have to give a shout out to Andy (one of the great hosts), who went far and beyond to help us resolve a late night situation that we stupidly caused ourselves.
Don't think twice about booking a campsite at Dark Sky. Stay at least a few nights (especially for the Thursday night social) and you'll come away with new friends that will make you not want to leave....

We stayed here in our 38 Motorhome. This is a return trip for us. Very level, very clean, roomy and cute sites, great staff and great community area! Kanab is a great little town and many things to do nearby.

We were completely spoiled by Dark Sky RV. Between the luxe, private showers, the community gathering space, the shop, and the weekly social dinners, we felt pampered throughout our stay. All of the camp hosts were a delight to talk to. The campground is quiet with beautiful scenery in the background.

Very nice stay and will recommend and stay here again.
Owners and all the park host's all very friendly and approachable. LOTS of thought has gone into designing the atmosphere of the park and how you might use it. Art, creativity, aesthetics and conveniences are a big part of the surroundings. The individual RV sites are easily accessible pull alongside slots. Each site comes equipped with a small ramada type covering, a large and cocktail size table, a propane fire pit and some seating stumps. The centrally located bathrooms are quite luxurious with heated floors and constant automatic heat. There are indoor or outdoor shower choices which is fun. There is a full laundry room with a tall stainless laundry folding table. There is a large community gathering spot with modular seating and fire pits that can be moved to provide cozy seating arrangements or shade. There's a communal dinner table, small table seating, pizza oven, sink, toilet, cornhole, tether ball, a hilltop with chaise lounges and swings. The small store located at the gathering area is stocked with a coffee maker, drinks, ice cream, and some merch. They also have local maps and hiking itineraries to plan your outings. You can also rent e bikes and off-road vehicles for another fun activity. If you have bikes a ride to the pond is defiantly worth it.
If you have a van or drivable camper certainly take advantage of the no trailer portion of the campground as each site design of the ramada area is different fun and creative. If you are only staying for an overnight and pull in late you may not get to appreciate all the parks amenities but it's still in a very good location close enough to the highway for easy travel access.
It is very close to the town of Kanab that has two nice grocery stores and many nice restaurants. There is emphasis on both Kanab's history with old western movies and the close proximity to the National Parks nearby. There is an Escalante ranger station on the east side of town that is a nice visit.
There are more things I'm forgetting to mention but the photographs give you a nice visual of the park.

We didn’t have reservations but were able to get a great spot with power only (there’s water and pumpout on the property), a little cabana with loungers, chairs, a hammock and fire pit overlooking beautiful scenery. The place is very cool, not like a typical campground at all. The bathrooms & showers are AMAZING, there’s a 24/7 market with snack, drinks, coffee, beer, and gifts, plenty of outdoor seating options when the weather is good, and rentals for 4x4 adventures to nearby hot spots like the Great Chamber, PeekABoo Canyon, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and more. The host and owners were also INSANELY FRIENDLY, we will definitely be back next road trip to Utah!

Very nice park located near many outdoor activities. Sites are spacious, full service, and pull through. Views from park are great. Hosts are active, involved, and friendly. Shower rooms are private and top class. No complaints whatsoever.

We were greeted by our host when we arrived and made us feel welcomed. Made sure we knew where all the amenities were and if we had any questions or needed anything to just ask. We loved how quiet this park was and how it felt like we were boondocking but with full hookups. That's primarily due to the spacious sites and room between each site.
We rode our e-bikes into town a few times Only 2.5 miles on Old Highway 89 to Kanab Tours. It was nice to be close to town since we didn't have a toad.

We stayed at Dark Sky for several days. Not long enough. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. The facilities are wonderful. Views are beautiful. We feel in love with this place and will definitely be going back.

They have a cute little community area and a space for kiddos to hang. They have jeeps and e-bikes you can rent. Rick, the owner came over when we arrived, he was so friendly! Laura helped me secure accommodations conveniently over text, when I struggled with phone service. She also came over to our campsite upon arrival for easy check-in! I really love their honor system, where you can venmo for using the laundry, or purchasing snack items from the common area! Another amazing touch was that every campsite had a propane fire pit available for use! The views are amazing and it’s so quiet. We really loved this gem of a stay. 🩵
