We got a weekly rate here and I think it was around 140-150. It was priced right. The owners are great, the showers and laundry were very clean. They have excellent wifi which we used every night to stream TV without any issues. We stayed near the pond which you can fish for free. The only bad thing about this place- is the appe... more
We got a weekly rate here and I think it was around 140-150. It was priced right.
The owners are great, the showers and laundry were very clean. They have excellent wifi which we used every night to stream TV without any issues.
We stayed near the pond which you can fish for free. The only bad thing about this place- is the appearance of the truck stop/casino on the way in which is in dire need of some paint. On my 6 month tour of the south- Cypress was in the top 5 parks in overall quality and price.

Overall Rating
The new owners are working their butts off to maintain and expand the park. They have a pool, golf carts to rent and boats to rent. It’s a nice quiet place but it’s very easy to go shoot the bull with people next door. If your in the area, it’s a no brainer.

“This place looks Great, But they have a Pit Bull ban. ”

I have not stayed here. I am just adding this for people considering this location that also have breeds of dogs that are considered dangerous/ higher risk.
Pet Etiquette – Pets are welcome at Cypress Lake but, limited to 3 per site, please observe the Following guidelines:
Pit bulls and like dogs are not allowed. *For clarification contact the Resort Office.
Pets must be leashed at all times.
Please be a good neighbor and pick up after your pets there are pet stations around the resort.
Pets are NOT allowed around the pool area or in any of the buildings.
Pets are NOT allowed if renting out the RV.
