Again... Find the Custer State Park Visitor Center. Across the road is the Game Lodge Campground. Enter here, drive toward the back of the campground. The dump station will be on the right (closer to the main road). Its in a loop with potable water and a laundromat. Washers are $1.25. This is the only dump station in Custer State Park as of 2022.
The dump station is "free" but a park pass is required. Its $20 for 7 days as of July 2022. Passes are available from self service kiosks and gates. Cash and card are accepted.

The dump is just off Wildlife Loop about a 1k feet on the right just as you turn off 16A East. Easy in and out any size. If you are thinking of doing the wildlife loop with a trailer, the last leg of that road has some very tight switchbacks.
I'll also add the only thing more nerve racking then having to pee while dumping is having a herd of buffalo milling about as you have to pee while dumping.

Great facility, water to rinse sewer hoses and then separate potable water to fill tanks. The other awesome thing about it is the Bison that passed by as I was dumping my tanks. Take a look at the pics.
Lveloz would use this facility again

Best option for big rigs as the Game Lodge campground Dump Station requires several tight turns.
