“Beautiful lake and view ~ had a crazy hail storm come through!”

Stayed here Sept 2019: Our site was a pull through facing the lake and had a HUGE site! Easy access down to the rocky beach. We had a hard time finding the pay station (didn't want to un-hook and drive all the way back) so the ranger / rep from the management company sweetly took our payment. Great place to walk & explore, and then the thunder started... insane hail storm with rivers of hail going under our trailer. It was wild, but fun! Just stunning after it stopped - hail everywhere. No cell with T-Mobile, so couldn't follow the storm on radar. Really pretty and a place we would love to hang out for several days.

Lovely place to stay - clear lake, forested and relatively secluded camping spots - very busy in the summer months especially weekends. Lake allows motor boats which makes it choppy in the afternoon if you want to paddleboard.
