Overall Rating
20 sites in woods/trees with water and power, 5 sites also have sewer but are completely exposed. Wonderful hosts,good location and awesome views, particularly fall colors. Big rig friendly.

Sites in woods are nicely spaced and somewhat private. Sites in field are narrow (picnic tables located across the road from each site). Sites in woods are EW, sites in field are FHU. Before booking our stay, I contacted the owners, and they were so helpful with my questions. Upon arrival the campground hosts led us directly to our site and made us feel welcomed. Before booking our stay, I contacted the owners, and they were so helpful with my questions. Upon arrival the campground hosts led us directly to our site and made us feel welcomed. They brought brochures with area information as well. The campground includes water and electricity and is well shaded except for a few sites (maybe 5?) that are in an open field. These sites have sewer in addition to water and electricity. Even though they aren’t amongst the trees, they have an absolutely fantastic view! We have a small camp trailer, but the campground also accommodates large RVs as well. If you don’t have firewood available, they have a big bundle for a small price, and they deliver it to your campsite. We have AT&T and didn’t have cell service at the campground, but we were given a wifi password upon arrival. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

This is a new campground and it’s still mostly undiscovered. We had trouble finding a place over the weekend as most campground were full but since this place is so new it still has availability. Our site was excellent with shade and deer passing by. We were on the lookout for moose reported in the area but didn’t see them. The site ha... more
This is a new campground and it’s still mostly undiscovered. We had trouble finding a place over the weekend as most campground were full but since this place is so new it still has availability. Our site was excellent with shade and deer passing by. We were on the lookout for moose reported in the area but didn’t see them. The site has water and electric and we didn’t have any issues. Easy access to Cripple Creek, Victor and Woodland Park. No complaints and add stay here again for sure.

This place is brand new. We stayed 14 nights and loved it. The spaces are large and level and nice and quiet at night. Has electric and water, however, it current does not have sewer (the owner are going to install sewer in the future). Dump station is in the campground and east to access. This place is brand new. We stayed 14 nights and loved it. The spaces are large and level and nice and quiet at night. Has electric and water, however, it current does not have sewer (the owner are going to install sewer in the future). Dump station is in the campground and east to access. There is plenty to do in the surrounding cities. Version cell service was ample for me to work from RV the entire time! The owners are great and checked in on us throughout our stay.
