Quiet, except for train! Spacious sites, fhu, table and fire ring. Very clean laundry. $2.00 wash $1.00 dry. Three washers/dryers. Last laundry load 6pm. Nice store.
Gravel roads. Well lit at night. Didn’t use bathrooms. Owners were great!!

We happened to be here during the Vintage Camper and Music Rally and met so many nice people, heard great music, and saw such fun older campers. Nice little store with some supplies, but the best part is the ice cream truck on site!
We would certainly stay here again!

We are on our way to Alaska via Hwy. 12 Memorial weekend we found this lil’ gem. The owners (Larry & Donna) are very personable and Larry plays the guitar. On Wednesday nights throughout the summer they have jam sessions by the front office and ice cream truck. Highly recommend this camp. Great showers too!

We had a nice quiet night with 50amp power which was great for heat, 25°, and cooking.
The host was remarkably kind and helpful. We would recommend this stop.

Really nice campground close to I 29 but still quiet. Other motor homes on site were in good condition.Very safe and showers were fine. Very good dollar value and the host was very accommodating with making the the reservation. I called, he said he had room, took my name and said pay when you arrive. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly, asked me if I had any discounts, wide open spaces, plenty of shade, clean facilities, cannot hear the interstate, priced very well, just a great spot.

Very friendly and reasonably priced. They have the best set up for restroom/washroom. They are very roomy with individual bathrooms (like at home!). And, they are easy to find.

They offer good WiFi (streaming tv was no problem) have three washers and dryers ($2 wash / $1 dry) dvds to borrow and books to trade. They accept Passport America (half price) and the couple running it are super friendly. There is train and highway noise in the distance, but we hardly noticed it. And there was a guy parked not too far from us who ran his generator one evening. Not sure if he had power issues or what. But we’d definitely stay again!

Campground is attractive with grass between the gravel site and some trees. Individual bathrooms w showers and plenty of hot water. Owners and hosts friendly and helpful. Offered fresh tomatoes and cakes from their garden. Good wifi except it went out for a bit after a thunderstorm. Only downside was when the wind shifted and came from the south, bringing the sounds and smells of a nearby feedlot. Predominant wind is from the north, and when it shifted back, all was well. Far enough from the interstate that I didn’t hear cars. Occasional train whistle in the distance.

There were quite a few long term campers here. The office staff wasn’t concerned about Covid-19 since they weren’t wearing masks even though we were. There was a definite odor from cattle nearby, how bad it is may depend on the wind direction.
