Got a bad vibe. Ok place to stay if you keep to yourself and don't talk to anybody not really what I look for when I'm camping if you're looking for a cheap one or two nights on your way through might work for you, but not a great experience for me kind of felt people were looking at me like an alien

This place has a nice vibe to it, more like I'm in a neighborhood than an RV park. The park is an older park but it's been well maintained over the years and looks in good repair.
There's no diet coke in the soda machine. :/
We noticed there was a dirt trail that led off of one of the roads in the park. We switched it into four-wheel drive and set out to explore. The main road was easy for my pick-up to drive around on, but there were side trails that would be great for dirt bikes or side by sides.
The location is great. It's a few miles, if that, from the I-10. When you get off the interstate you're right in the middle of a busy area with a few shopping centers and places to eat, get fuel, etc. Then the short ride to the park quickly gets quiet and secluded.
The pads could use a bit of leveling and the patio (concrete slab) outside my rig is broken.
Stay in the right lane on the road heading in, it has some major bumps in it around the manhole covers, you can thank me later.
Cell signal is sketchy at best, but the wi-fi isn't terrible.

Many long and short term residence, looks to be about 95%. Located on Hills as in the name. Quiet except for the neighbor next door listening to his loud TV at 7:30 Sunday morning, Had not seen him for the rest of our visit. Train off in the distance other wise very quiet. Staff is great and very accommodating. From the photos I was expecting a little more space. Laundry requires prepaid card plus cost of card. Ok for a needed stopover. Near access to many shops and restaurants.

5-8 Mins to stores. Had 3 bars Verizon service for my hotspot. Two bars AT&T service for my cell phone. Spots were a little tight but , manageable with 50 amp full hook ups. Also— it was busy so we were in the overflow area.
Loved the man that checked us in ( we got there at 7) and he was very helpful and guided us into our RV site. Would stay here again.
