The process itself to make a reservation went smoothly. I received quick email and SMS messages to confirm and instructions. Arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. we were right behind a gentleman who licked the gate and left. No matter how many times and different ways we tried to enter the code we were given, the lock wouldn’t open. Made i... more
The process itself to make a reservation went smoothly. I received quick email and SMS messages to confirm and instructions.
Arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. we were right behind a gentleman who licked the gate and left. No matter how many times and different ways we tried to enter the code we were given, the lock wouldn’t open. Made initial call to park office. Even though it was before 5:00, no one answered. They provided a number for staff on site Friday through Sunday. Called the number six times and left six messages. No response.
So instead of a restful stay after 7 hours of driving, we had to stay in a casino parking lot off I-10. Not a happy camper!
