We planned on only spending one night in White Sulphur Springs and the we discovered the Hot Springs and Wild Oats coffee shop in town. We ended up staying three nights. What a sweet lil’ village this is. And, this campground was wonderful in every way! We are Passport America members so we were able to get half price for our first two nights and then full rate the third night which was around $41. We stayed in site # 39 which gave us beautiful sunsets and long range views of the mountains. Also, their website is very users friendly to reserve your spot. Highly recommend!

White Sulfur Springs, MT – Conestoga Campground. 815 8th Avenue SW. August 17, 2021. This is a campground with 47 Pull Thru FHU sites. Each site has a picnic table. They also have several tent sites. The interior roads in the campground are gravel as are the sites. All looked quite level. There is grass between each site. Our site was plenty long for both the 38 foot 5th wheel and also the truck – it appears all sites were also long since we saw many big rigs parked. We had both WiFi and some OTA channels. The restrooms, showers, rec room, and the laundry are all very clean. There is a small store in the registration building. The employees were very helpful and friendly. There is a playground for children, an off leash pet area, and a dump station. The central grassy area is large and well kept; the office has yard games that can be checked out. We used Passport America here for our one night stay. They also have memberships with AOR, Coast to Coast, and RPI. We would definitely be willing to stay longer another time.

I find this place to be quiet and friendly. Not an Enclosed exercise area but pets and only 3 washers in the laundry. We used a laundry-mat very close by.
The WiFi is unusable! We tried all 5 nights we were here.
Cell signal was available for T-Mobile and it was a good signal.
The spaces are very close together.
All and all I would stay here again because it’s part of my Coast to Coast membership.

Picnic table at each site. GOOD FREE WIFI. Clean bathrooms and showers with privacy. Lots of flowers planted around the office and a big collection of wooden silhouette cutouts. Wide open and grassy with a low fence around, but small trees are being cultivated. Small pond for fishing. No catch and release. $6 for each fish caught. Honored our Passport America discount. We would stay here again.

Plenty of full hookup and ALL sites are pull-thru. Long enough to leave your towed attached. Free WIFI is faster than we’ve had in most campgrounds. The campground has a small camp store. Nice laundry and playground. We were there a week which included the 4th of July weekend and there was still a few empty spaces. The staff was very pleasant and informative about local attractions. They have ice cream socials every Wednesday and Saturday. There is a stocked fishing pond where you can catch fresh trout for $6 each (no catch-and-release). $10 dump station fee for non-guests.

Probably the most unprofessional employees I have ever encountered and I didn't even stay here! Whoever Curtis and Kelly Porter are - they could sure use lessons on customer service. I booked a site for a weekend and ended up having to cancel. I canceled within 48 hours of check-in time (per their cancellation policy) expecting a refund for following this policy. When I didn't receive the refund, I called to ask why. I was informed that I made reservations on the weekend of some festival that apparently is a big deal in Montana and that they wouldn't be refunding me because of that. I found it odd that nowhere in their cancellation policy did it state refunds wouldn't be given during festival weekends. I then sent an email to customer service explaining that I had no idea this festival was even going on and that I canceled within the 48 hour time frame, so not issuing me a refund would not be just of them. Well, to say the least, my very kind and well worded email definitely triggered these people. They told me they found it odd I had never heard of this festival given that my address on file is located in Montana and its one of the top Montana events of the year?? LOL ok?? God forbid I don't know about a festival in a state with a population of 10 people lmao. I've lived in Montana for a whole 2 months- jumping to these conclusions was very embarrassing on their part. They also informed me that I called after the 48 hour window, also embarrassing - their phone logs are not correct. I proceeded to email them a screenshot of my phone call log which clearly showed my call to them 48 hours in advance. Anyways, the attitude and unprofessionalism must be a Montana thing, because I have never experienced it elsewhere. After I emailed them back with clear proof, and equal attitude, they of course did not reply because they were awkwardly in the wrong *shocker*. Thankfully I disputed the charge with my credit card company and got my money back. I usually never waste my time writing reviews, but I had to for this place. I am embarrassed for them and hope they train their employees better because they sure lack knowledge and common customer service. And to anyone who books them in the future, be careful - especially if you need to cancel. They are out for your money, and even that can't make them happy apparently!

“Very Rude Staff”
noted 8/11/2023
Probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Didn’t even stay here. Requested a refund when I canceled between the 48 hours of their cancellation policy. Received the most rude, uncalled for email ever. Not sure who runs this place, but they’re definitely lacking in the customer service department. Just be careful if you end up having to cancel your reservations, they’ll try to keep your money at all costs. 🥴
