Our site, 23, was a gravel back in that was long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp and water only) were to the left side. Distancing is great for an urban park. Some sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Each site has a table but NO fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very neat, tidy and nicely groomed.
The park included wifi worked well for light browsing and e mail. There was no cable TV nor were we able to find any OTA channels. Satellite should not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern.
There are paved bike trails from the park as well as a water park for kids on site.
The downtown area is walkable but groceries are just a short drive away. We found this park to be an excellent overnighter. We paid $45.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Don’t let the Canadian prices fool you (Americans). Remember to convert so you know what your spending. This is a great city park. Really quiet, clean, with splash park, playground, baseball fields, washrooms, and exercise equipment. Only sites 1 through 11 have sewer. Every site has 30amp and water. There is a dump station. A lot of the sites, the water is on the wrong side, so bring an extra hose. Dave and Paula, the hosts, are EXTREMELY nice and want you to make yourself at home. There’s not much to do in Claresholm, but your only 1.5hrs from Calgary and 1.5hrs from Crows Nest. There is an IGA grocery (very nice) and some other dollar type stores, liquor stores, fuel, hardware, restaurant, and more...all along the main road. Quaint, home-town, with super friendly and helpful people. Our site appeared small at first glance, but they are fine with you being in the grass or overhanging. Our 42’ 5th whee fit just fine.

Can't speak to Verizon or AT&T as we didn't use them. Grocery store in walking distance. Quiet at night and didn't fill in all the days we were here, Memorial Day weekend in the states. This is a good stopping place on way to Banff. Warning - Google Maps takes you to SE and the entrance is really on the west side. The office is in the south side of the trailer next to the restrooms/showers. Price is in Canadian dollars.
