Best Camping in Alberta

Very nice park. Well laid out for easy to find sites. Camp showers were spotless and well maintained. The laundry was working and very clean. The site was level and all the utilities worked just fine. The sites are large and roomy. The park was well kept and a place I would camp again.

Stayed on April 2nd, 2024. The snow had just melted and the park was very wet and muddy in spots. The office staff was very friendly and cordial. We’ve camped there a few time for Ballooning in the Valley, always had a great experience.

The website tells you that a&b areas can only accommodate units under 24’. If you put in 32’ it will not let you book. So we called the phone reservation number and we were booked into c 107. When we got there that turned out to be a shared site. Great for groups but not a typical camping experience. We drove back out to the highway for internet...

Camped March 29,30 and it was cold at night but beautiful winter weather by day. -21c overnight but we were comfortable. My wife went on several hikes and it was a very relaxing quiet weekend. Thank goodness for electricity!
