Nice Campgrounds and RV Park. Clean with lot of amenities. Priced at the mid-level. The best things found was location to all the main attractions in town. You're not living right in the middle of it all but not too far away. The second-best thing was the internet access. Cell service Verizon was 3 and 4 bars most of the time. The worst things where the RV spaces. I would have to admit this is the first RV Ground in Pigeon Forge we have stayed at. But the sites are only 3 feet apart. I get it, money. Sewer less that 6 feet from picnic table make your dinner task that much better. The sites were not at all level. On a pull through about 6-inch rise from the rear to the front. We ended with a 4-inch rise from the left to the right. With jack bottoming out we had to live with a half of bubble off from left to right. Each site comes with a 4-inch concrete pad. If you have the Morryde step above steps. You're not going to be able to drop it on the pad because of the height above the ground. You have to adjust the RV over enough that the step will contact the ground. This gave be 3 inches between RV and Electrical stanchion. This was a lot of fun and in the pouring rain giving it five stars of fun. Would have given this RV park an overall four but the sites where not relaxing in any fashion. Best 3 stars at the most.

Great location to all things Pigeon Forge. We were here for the Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion and this was a very close location to the show.
Our spot had good shade and was very nice. They have lots of entertainment for young kids, three pools and another water attraction being built.
My only complaint was road noise from the busy highway 50 yards from our site. Would pick a site farther from the road next time.
Overall very nice park, nice people, super clean bathrooms!

We just don't care for all the crowds and commercialism. That being said we do like to go to Dollywood every so often so we are going different places around the area. This is an RV Park and as long as you are ok with that setting and don't expect to have any privacy or "yard space", then this is a nice place. It is very clean and they do have some ammenities you usually don't find at an RV park including a bounce pillow. My daughter loved it.

Negatives: We almost could not get our 32ft rig into the spot. The spaces are so close together and small that people have to park on the road, limiting the ability to maneuver your vehicle. The space was not flat, so this was the first time we had to lift the wheels. The water/cable/electric outlet was all in one and just looked dangerous.
We would not stay in that spot again. Other pull through spaces or different spots seemed better.

We came in mid afternoon and had a nice check-in. We had no problem backing into our site and we enjoyed the ducks, oh so many ducks. Yes its a Holliday weekend, I was still surprised the neighbors were up and drunk at midnight and got into a shouting altercation with kids driving on a golf cart. I was more concerned about the obnoxious drunks quieting down than the poorly parented kids adventuring in the wee hours. It seems typical for the park they have tons and tons of full timers.
We made the 1/2mile walk to Kroger and back.
Trolly pick up is on site but the times are not posted. This info could be put on the park map.
