There’s a KOA that has water and a dump station in Flagstaff. as I recall, you pay once, and can use the dump twice, (on your way in and out of town).

We went back down to Sedona and went to the county campground and dumped and filled for $15.

There are several Speedway gas stations close by that have dumps. You’ll have to check if water available is potable.
