A few off road riders, but everyone seemed to respect the campers and the views of the Catalina Mountains are on par with Catalina SP just down the road. Good location for Tuson site seeing as well. Felt very safe.

Ignore the first review. Come in from the north and park on the east side of the road just before the gate- be watching your satellite view. Walk in and pick your spot, if there is one. We got the biggest one straight back, furthest from the road. There's 3 here, and maybe 3 just south of the cattle guard. It's on a flat plateau, so ca... more
Ignore the first review. Come in from the north and park on the east side of the road just before the gate- be watching your satellite view. Walk in and pick your spot, if there is one. We got the biggest one straight back, furthest from the road. There's 3 here, and maybe 3 just south of the cattle guard. It's on a flat plateau, so can develop mud. There's OHV people in and out. The turn in and out may be a little tricky. If there's no site, Rail X is nearby and its road is currently excellent. Some road noise. pretty quiet at night.

A dirt track for ATVs. No way any trailer or camper is getting through. Shouldn’t even be considered a camp sight. You couldn’t even park a car and walk in. Avoid at all cost.
