“Sandy site overgrown with grass”

Overall Rating
Sandy/grass overgrown sites. Office staff was not friendly. Happily we were only spending one night. The site was inexpensive but I would rather pay more for a better site.

Easy access from I-75 and very welcoming to late-arrivals and overnight-stay travelers. Owners appear to live on-site behind the office and were helpful with our last-minute, no reservation stop. We arrived before dark so they guided us to an open spot, but there are multiple after-dark pull through sites marked with red lighting... more
Easy access from I-75 and very welcoming to late-arrivals and overnight-stay travelers.
Owners appear to live on-site behind the office and were helpful with our last-minute, no reservation stop. We arrived before dark so they guided us to an open spot, but there are multiple after-dark pull through sites marked with red lighting.
Honor system pay box at the office for late arrivals, or pay-by-card when the office opens at 8am.
Lots of long-term residents, however all were quiet and there was no traffic through the park during the night we stayed. All facilities were extremely clean and well maintained.
Level, pull-through spot, Full hookups (water, sewer, electricity), free WiFi, coin-laundry and bathrooms (bathrooms are locked and seemed barely used), all for $28 a night. In Florida, especially, this is a rare find!

Overall Rating
Very friendly and welcoming staff. We were escorted to the site. Many others did a similar one night stop. They refill propane which is handy. The sites were on sand and narrow but accomodated our 36’ 5th wheel without disconnecting. Recommended for others on the road.

They lead to sandy level pull through with full hookups. Bathrooms and showers are clean. Very price on propane refills. Friendly people. Easy on off to 75.

We’ve stayed here twice. It is easy in - just off I-75 - and cheap by Florida standards. The host escorts you to your site, utilities works well and laundry is clean. There are full timers here but it’s a quiet and clean little park.

Overall Rating
We needed to dump tanks, fill up with water, and take a nice hot shower. This was just what we needed. Not a fancy place, but very friendly, good price, and bath house was very clean.
Our pull through site was at the front of the park, so some road noise, but not too bad.
