Overall Rating
Was doing some work in the area, and stayed three nights here. The park is mostly occupied by full-time residents in Park Models, and extended stay folks. The spaces sprinkled in between for short-term folks are very tight. In fact, the first site I was assigned wouldn’t accommodate my 35’ motor home, as a full-time resident built a shed behind their space. There are plenty of stray/feral cats to play with, and although I was warned it was noisy, I wasn’t disturbed. The neighbors were very friendly, as were the ladies in the office. I didn’t use the amenities, and the cable TV didn’t work. The WiFi was OK (2mbps on the drop) so adequate for Email and web browsing. ATT and TMobile cell service was good. I felt very safe there, as the place was gate-guarded (issued a key-fob at check-in).

Overall Rating
10% Discount for Good Sam and AAA are only good for a 1 night stay. Not especially in a great neighborhood. Lots of night time activity with teenagers in the neighborhood. Things are a bit dated and could use some modernizing. Some sites are bordering a very busy street. I will say there is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Not 100% sure the number of sites they say they have are available for RV's, lots of Park models here occupying a larger number of sites.
