We usually stay at State Parks with access to the beach but after a stressful week at work I just wanted somewhere remote and quiet. This was absolutely perfect! We spent 3 nights here at site 5. It was extremely hot but we came prepared with several fans, tents for shade and cold beverages. We had great cell service (AT&T) during our stay so we were able to stream without any issues. We enjoyed the concrete pads and the size of our site. I do wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and that they had exterior doors to keep out the bugs & critters. The large trash cans at each site were nice but I wish there was access to dumpster to dispose of our trash. When we arrived on Sunday afternoon, our can was already full from the previous campers. Monday was a holiday so our trash was not picked up till Tuesday morning. Overall it was a great stay and we’ll definitely be back!!

We are glad we found this small (6ish sites) campground near Jacksonville FL. It is beautifully maintained, and the spacious sites offer a big, level concrete pad, water/electric, picnic table, fire pit and grill. Sites are far apart so you can barely see your neighbor in the next site. There is a little highway sound, and occasionally, a distant train sound. Due to the type of forest, pine, there isn’t much shade, but it is beautiful! Another plus is a strong wifi signal.

In site 3 with our 33’ Reflection 303RLS on concrete pad! All six sites are same amenities except #2 won’t work for a TT or Fifth wheel-hook ups on wrong side. Clean everything and secluded. Perfect except for train and rod noise. Want to come back!

This was just what we needed after spending a week outside Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA in crowded ,overpriced campgrounds with mud pits for sites. Thank you Florida!

We laughed when we pulled up - the site was so HUGE!!! We were in site 1. Had to be 100 feet long. Plus the paved pad was amazing! The sites aren’t close to each other either. There seriously isn’t a bad site in the whole campground. We were only here for a night but will be coming back for at least a week or two in the future. Verizon and T-Mobile worked great to get some work done while we were there.

(By the way, ALWAYS bypass Jacksonville by going 200 to 301. And this campground is right off the road. Sites are concrete pads but super long. Hardly a campsite can be seen from ours. And I saw NO ONE during our 18 hours at the park. Water, and 50/30 amp power available. Fire rings, picnic tables and patios at each site. And we paid only $21 for the night we stayed (senior rate). This will always be our stop on our way back home to Tampa!

It's quiet (SO peaceful), the sites are level and easy to access, there's tons of elbow room, the trees are beautiful and the nature trail near the campground was wonderful. Outside of dispersed camping, this is the most privacy we've ever had. There are only 7 sites and I imagine they go quickly. If you are able to snag one, do it!

One of the better campgrounds where we have stayed. The sites are huge with lots of space between them (about 100 feet on one side and 300 feet on the other). Water and electric hookups at the site and a dump station at the entrance to the campground. Concrete pad at the site. ATT has 2 bars and it is 5G. T-Mobile has 3 bars and it is 5G.
