“Very small and tents only. This is actually the 4th of July trailhead”

This is a beautiful spot but the campground is very small and tents only.
There is no fee for camping, and sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Camping is limited to four consecutive days. The only available facilities are nearby pit latrines. Ground fires and grills are prohibited. There are five picnic tables. All Open Space and Mountain Parks rules and regulations are strictly enforced within the campground. Glass is prohibited.
This trailhead is popular with the locals and is EXTREMELY busy on the weekends. Trailhead provides access to Arapaho Pass, Diamond Lake, and Arapaho Glacier Trails inside the Indian Peaks Wilderness.
Park only in designated areas or you will be ticketed.
DO NOT try to bring a RV here.
