We didn’t use them since we were going to Universal Studios. There well kept restrooms/showers are close to most of the camp sites. Universal is only 4.5 miles away. The sites are limited but we don’t have trouble getting a reservation last minute . We definitely recommend this campground especially for $24.00.

One of my favorite parks i. Florida. Amazing location five mins from universal but you feel like youre in the wilderness. Saw so many animals, even saw a turtle laying her eggs. The farm was so fun and the playground was awesome.

This city park has always been a jewel but they have recently done a lot of renovations that make it so much better! The interior road has been repaved and each site has been lengthened. The lane around the dump station has been widened a bit but not quite enough. The big dumpster at the entrance to the campground has been removed and replaced with several bear safe trash cans around the bath house. The only renovation that makes it worse is the new reservation system. You must book these sites 11 months in advance from the end of your desired reservation. (Example: If you want to stay for a week (Mon - Sun), you can only book it 11 months in advance from the Sunday.) You can also only stay 45 days a year, so plan ahead! AT&T Down: 18.58mbps Up: 22.50mbps Streaming: 1.4mbps Verizon Down: 16.89mbps Up: 20.85mbps Streaming: 3.7mbps (We camped here in Jan/Feb of 2023)

Located in the middle of expensive Orlando, they have a small campground for a handful of RVs who are lucky enough to make reservations 11 months in advance. The bathhouses were small and a little cramped. We needed to use them because only some of the sites had full hook-ups. The site I reserved was only a partial hook-up so while it had electric and water, it didn’t have sewer.
They also didn’t have large dumpsters in the campground for trash service, just small bear trash cans.
We didn’t have Starlink service here due to the tall trees, but we were able to use our Verizon phones and AT&T data plan without issue.

Roughly 1/2 of the sites are full hookups while the other 1/2 are water/electric only. Sites are long and fairly level with pavement and a picnic table. All hookups are in good working condition.
There isn't a pool or playground within the campground itself but they are in other parts of the park. However, the park is quite large so take bikes or be ready to drive around the park.
The bathrooms/showers are definitely showing their age and ready for an update. Hopefully, once those are done this year it will be much nicer.
General maintenance in the park was lacking, meaning the grass was overgrown and no-one drove through the park as far as security or to see if anyone needed anything. There was an aggressive racoon wandering the park while we were there. We reported it several times to park staff but no one ever addressed it.

Sign posted of local laundromats but they are in high risk areas. No camp host the entire 18 days we were here. The main gate was left open one night enabling anyone to come in. No longer appear to be enforcing rules on where you can park vehicles. Positives are great rates, clean bath houses, beautiful setting, close to Disney and Universal. Park get a high volume of day use especially on the weekend. I would only consider a short stay here

Bill Frederick was a surprise. The campground is small but with 10 FHU sites and 25 electric/water site within 15 miles of Disney for only $25 a night…It’s well worth it. It's close to the toll road, but far enough away to keep the traffic noise down. The only drawback is that to get visitors, they had to pay an entrance fee. And....be sure that you know where the parking is for them! It is not clearly identified on the map and a friend visited and parked in the spot right next to us and got a NOTICE on the vehicle. Wasn't even there for an hour! Seriously?! Other than that, it was a great location and we will stay again.

Bathrooms are definitely outdated but well kept. My site had zero shade but there were other sites that def had shade. Most sites were uneven. They don't want you on the grass parking but I'm not sure why, it's not great grass or anything. Ants everywhere. Also, raccoons but I saw a family of them and they were cute so it was all good. They do have bear safe style garbage cans so you should not have a problem with them. Just don't leave stuff out.
I'd totally stay here again if I was going to Universal Studios because it's only ten minutes away by car. If this were in any other location or I paid more, I'd probably give it less stars.
Staff were all very very friendly and helpful when needed.
I didn't notice much noise - a little traffic but the AC drowns that out at night.
