We were greeted by two men on golf carts at check-in. They checked our names and escorted us to a large pull-thru site. He told us that later that evening Sharon would come by and take our payment, which she did.
He also mentioned that if we were interested, there was a Sunday morning worship service in the chapel building just down on the other side of the campground. It is a non-denominational service with a handful of people that attend. Since we were only staying the night and checking out on Sunday, he said it wouldn't be a problem to have a late check out, just to have everything ready to go so that when services ended, we would be able to head out before check-in time.
We had a full hook-up site and no problem with the utilities. They have a small rec room with a piano and foosball table and a small outdoor playground with swings and tetherball.
Starlink gave us 99 down and 24 up. We had 2 bars on the Verizon phones (unreliable) and 2 bars with the cell antenna (5/0.3). AT&T was 5 bars with the cell antenna (22/18).

Great little place for a stopover. Reasonable prices ($40), full hookups, playgrounds for the kids everywhere, chickens and a very friendly turkey that roams, and a quaint little church out back. Greatly enjoyed our stay there.

Not sure how many full time residents are present.

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in the site #50, a FHU, PT site for $37/night (Good Sam discount). Roads were asphalt and the sites were rock and grass. The curved PT configuration made it a bit tricky to get aligned with hookups while avoiding a large tree. It did have some afternoon shade which was nice. It is an older park, but the people there really take good care of it. I was met at the entrance by some very cheerful hosts and was guided to my site. They stayed to make sure I got into the site alright. I needed boards under one side to get to level. Laundry was $2W and $.75D – the dryers were not that great. It took double the normal time to get my towels dry. I had 2-3 bars LTE Verizon, wifi in the laundry/office building only, and didn’t check OTA channels. Bathrooms and showers were in the office building. It was dated but ok. It was fine for a stopover.

Good for a overnight stop. Friendly staff who take you to your site and help you park. Only two toilets and paid showers ($1/8 mins). There were several trains that went by but they were here and gone quickly.

It seemed like most people that stopped here were 1-2 nighters or full time. Staying 6 days was a little long since there wasn't much to do in the area.
The biggest negative was that the sites were set up to where you were sharing a front yard - which usually only works if you are with a group of people.
We visited the old prison and car museum in a nearby town - which was pretty cool.

Decent little park with hookups I had sewer and power. They advertise WiFi but there was none and no response to email inquiring about it. Showers leave a bit to be desired reasonably clean but no private at all and $1 for about 10 min of hot water. Laundry facility was nice but $2 wash 75c for a short dry.
