Does anyone know if the I-80 rest areas are open? I heard NDOT didn't have enough workers to keep them open. Thanks!

“Beowawe Rest Area EASTBOUND Dump Station Is Closed”

EASTBOUND dump station is closed. It looks like there was a dump station in the past.. Now it’s cemented over.
I could not tell if the WESTBOUND dump station is open.
