Gorgeous, quiet, green grass like a lawn!
Level sites right at the base of Devils Tower. ATT service good enough to text a pic. Big beautiful cottonwood trees. This is probably the nicest CG we have been in in quite a while.

There were many informative Ranger Programs most evenings.
There is a Verizon sweet spot at a pull out just before the bridge heading out, after the bridge if heading in.

Arrived on a Friday afternoon mid day, and were thrilled to have found the best spot! Our door was facing out to a nice grassy area with a big campsite and picnic table, large cottonwood trees, and an incredible review of devils tower. By the evening the campground was completely full. Within minutes of hikes around Devils Tower, incredible stars and scenery!
Slightly noisy in the evening, from one tent group, but they quieted down by 10 o’clock. Only a couple RV’s were using their generators briefly, all of the campers were very respectful and friendly.

The campground did not fill up Friday night but did Saturday night although not til the evening. Very quiet campground even at night. Clean bathrooms, level and lots of larger sites for bigger rigs.
Great location, views, and free program at the amphitheater near the CG on both Friday and Saturday night. We listened to a local cowboy play guitar and sing! Camp hosts Harvey and Bobbie very attentive and knowledgeable. Verizon was spotty at 1-2 bars LTE.

Host came by each afternoon to invite us to the evening programs. And it was good to see the ranger talk with the folks that started up their extremely loud generator. They turned it off after thank goodness. This spot is a gem. We will definitely return.

Water is available from pump, but you block the road while filling up. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Host very friendly.

Clean campsites, clean bathrooms with flush toilets, a dish washing sink, and plenty of sites to choose from. In the summer, this campground can easily fill up quickly, so I would recommend showing up early to mid afternoon for a decent spot.
Devil's Tower National Monument is historically and spiritually significant, and I highly suggest staying here to appreciate its beauty.

Good campsite close to tower. Definitely nothing special about the site. Had 4G, but it was still incredibly slow. Although the sites were mediocre, it’s the best option near the monument.

Not a lot of privacy but good size sites (unlike the KOA where you are stacked up like dominos). Some have a little shade but not all of them. No hookups but (clean) flush toilets and running water. Some sites have nearly unobstructed view of tower while some you can see it through the trees. No reservations- first come, first serve. We arrived at 7pm on a Thursday and got in but it eventually filled up. Spotty internet connection with Verizon. Easy walk to Sacred Ring of Smoke sculpture and access to hiking trails.
