We booked a group site but I read it wrong thinking 14 people max and 4 vehicles max would accommodate 3 trailers. Wrong it’s only a double site. Host was great and offered us another single site for half price. Very nice. Restrooms were super clean with flush toilets. Wild flowers and lake were beautiful. Sites were all level. Decent cell service, texts and calls ok

Had a very nice stay with friends in a double campsite. The site was side by side, so one of the campers had to have its door open away from camp. Not too bad, but not ideal for a group campsite. The campground was well maintained, with decent fishing at Bellaire Lake nearby. There was a lot of day use traffic at the lake on the weekend. The Verizon coverage was only a couple of bars, but was reliable and relatively fast with speed tests in the 10-20mbit range.

Overall the campground was pretty quiet and every spot was easily walkable to the lake. We stayed in the spots that have electric hookups but a smaller loop closer to the lake has no amenities (other than being closer to the lake) and thus is less expensive. Didn't use the restrooms much but my wife said the women's restroom was filthy and did not get cleaned all weekend.
I'd warn people to check the spots surrounding the site they wish to reserve. Turns out we were a single spot, which I knew, but were flanked by two double spots and there is even a triple spot in the campground. This can be disappointing if you're planning a peaceful trip only to find you're flanked on both sides by 16 people at each site. We lucked out and the snowy June weather likely led to some no-shows.
I did multiple data tests while there. Friday afternoon we got between 15-20 mbps download and very minimal upload. Saturday gave about 2 mbps download and effectively zero upload. We tested streaming a couple times and didn't observe any buffer times.

Very nice campground in a beautiful area. Majority of the Pine trees have been removed due to the Pine Beetle infestation, but there's enough young Aspen trees and other vegetation to provide decent privacy between sites. Campsites have electric hookups with decent spacing between most of the sites. The lake is small and can get busy along the shore with everyone fishing, but we were able to find a spot and catch some fish. Definitely would come back. We got lucky and were able to reserve a spot the week before due to a cancellation but was told by other campers that they had to book there's several months in advance.
