I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #5, a dry back-in site for $7/night with a Senior Pass. Yes, the website says there is a limit of 3 nights, but since it was late in the season, a ranger told me I could just renew every three days. Loved the location with easy access to Page, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Wire Pass, Buckskin Gulch, White Pockets, etc. The road up to the campground was a little wash boarded and the CG itself was a circular parking lot with the sites positioned like spokes off a wheel. The large middle area made it easy to pull around to back into the site. I had a nice view out my big window toward the lake. There was some road noise since it is right along the highway leading to the dam and Page. Not really annoying though. There was not even a vault toilet or trash barrel so you have to be totally self-contained. Come with water also. I actually had 2 bars of 5G service with Verizon, no wifi and no OTA channels. I would definitely stay there again with the easy access to Page and tons of activities.

Tiny little camping spot conveniently located minutes from Page, Az. Six sights, quite level, picnic table, and no other amenities. Good place for a quick overnight.

Only six sites, but still had a few when we arrived. Full by dark though. Level sites and didn’t feel to crowded. Great for the night. Believe you can only stay for 3 days here. Perfect weather. Even met the “Montana Bagpiper.” That made it even better. Wish I could have heard him play.

Spot 5, so I got the view with the Damn lights and road but the lights wasn’t even that bright and you can’t even hear the road. The only noise is the high winds. I would say that it’s a bit pricey for JUST a bench. I stayed at the Walmart the night before and would probably choose Walmart.

To be clear- this is not next to the lake or next to the water. Water is a 1/2 mile away, but, the view is dynamite. The registration/payment box is on the right side of the turn-in, about knee high. I didn't notice it initially. I’m here midweek and Hwy 89 traffic isn’t too bad. It seems to die down the later it gets. ... more

The rock outlined trail that leads through and around the "beehives" WSW of camp is very nice (grippy shoes would be good for one short stretch where there is some minor exposure). No real issues with noise from Hwy 89, and we were in the front row, closest to the highway with a great view out toward the lake.

I’m sure many people don’t pay but the campsite rules state only camp in designated areas.$14 for regular $7 for senior. All sites were full we woke up to many others parked in undesignated areas. It would be nice for $14 if they could at least provide trash cans. We’ve stayed in many places for less, that offer toilets, trash, showers and dump sites. I do recommend hiking up the road and around the area. Very beautiful

Commercial trucks started rattling down Highway 89 at 6 AM. otherwise quiet and great location to get to local areas of interest. Five of the seven spots full right now.
Although my phone gives me two bars of LTE on Verizon I cannot stream movies and it takes forever to load up a photo but there’s outstanding reception at the damn parking lot and they have dumpsters there along with RV parking in the back, no camping.
