The only door that opens would not open from the inside - the handle was falling off. The door to the bathroom would not open. I had to call my husband to come let me out. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. Also while my husband was in the bathroom a woman came walking through. This place is not safe, is in poor repair. I would not stay again for any reason

Very well maintained. Friendly people. Very well located. So many things to do close by. Make this as your home base and see so many things 2 hours or less away.

I booked this campsite the day I was planning to come in hopes that I would be able to shower between dry camping. The reservation went through but didn’t give me the site number I had selected so I had to try to remember based on the picture. The reservation also did not include the door code to the shower house, nor any hours of use for it. After receiving confirmation and paying, they send you a waiver that you’re supposed to sign. I tried calling multiple times before and after hours and got no response. There are other campgrounds around that I am sure have better customer service.

It was extremely hard to get anyone on the phone. We originally booked for one night but wanted to extend for two, left a voicemail as it says to on the phone 2 weeks ahead and again one week ahead and only heard back the day of. After calling maybe 20 times the day, in regards to office hours, we finally spoke to someone and they were very accommodating once someone answered the phone. It has good and clean amenities - nothing too fancy but they do the trick - a pool and hot tub. The changing rooms had slimy walls so we just walked back to our RV after our dip in the hot tub - the pool cleaner was there checking the chemical levels and cleaning so we knew the pool and hot tub themselves were clean at least!

We stayed here one night between Bryce Canyon and Monument Valley. Facilities were ok, nothing special but good enough for one night. It was relatively quiet and not too cramped. There is a Walmart not too far away.

FYI - Before you make a reservation, read the fine print if you can find it. I received an error code on their website for the campground policies. I did book for a few nights and only paid the deposit. I emaidel the campground for a copy of the policies and they never responded. They did send me a confirmation and then a multi page document that I needed to sign to release the campground of liability and provide them a release to use pictures of me and the trailer. At this point, I sent an email cancelling my reservation and requested a full refund, since they hadn't responded to my email nor informed me of their policies. They did not respond to my second email. I finally called them to cancel and they did issue a full refund, since I indicated I was not going to pay a handling charge to cancel. In looking for more information on the campsite, I saw a new link requiring you to ask permission to bring a trailer older than ten years old.

Some of the other sites higher up on the hill looked nicer. Nice indoor pool and several amenities like laundry, playground, etc. Very convenient to Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend. Cell coverage was unexpectedly difficult. Verizon and T-Mobile were fine, but the three bars of ATT were unusable in most of Page. Glad we had options!

Office staff was brain dead. Both people could not come up with a new location for us when we arrived. Even with the place half empty, they could not move us. Needless to say, many sites remained empty through our stay.

- Staff was fairly friendly.

- Brand new Walmart was just down the road.
This is a mixed camping facility (RVs, tents, wagons, etc.), but fairly well organized and maintained.
